| Aqua Sun Vacations, by ASI Travel Direct, works with large organizations (sponsoring organizations)
throughout the country to provide travel discounts to their members and employees at no charge. The Loyalty Program is a
great way for member organizations to create added value for their membership and add new employee benefits at no cost to
the organization or employer.
After receiving approval from the organization's decision makers, we then work with that organization to distribute travel
discounts to their employees or members. This relationship between Aqua Sun Vacations and the sponsoring organization keeps
marketing costs down, allowing Aqua Sun Vacations to pass savings, in the form of travel discounts*, on to the members and
employees of that sponsoring organization.
Our vacations provide travelers with a rare combination of value and flexibility. When designing the Loyalty Program, Aqua
Sun Vacations took into account the obstacles that families face in planning their vacations. A sensible, ethical format was
developed that allows proper planning and budgeting, this format encourages travelers to plan ahead.
Once a program has been developed and the information distributed, a traveler that has decided to travel with Aqua Sun Vacations,
would simply contact Aqua Sun Vacations and pay their travel deposit.* From that point the traveler has a full year to travel
under the guaranteed rate, the remaining balance is paid when the traveler contacts Aqua Sun Vacations to set the travel dates
(45 days advance booking is recommended). Travel is good year round, with departures and check in's every day, and there are
no restrictions due to major holidays. |
